Background

I earned my Bachelor of Pharmacy with distinction from Obafemi Awolowo University before transitioning into tech through self-teaching. As a pharmacist, I counseled patients on complex medication regimens, learning to translate technical information into clear guidance. This skill now shapes how I communicate product requirements to diverse stakeholders and design intuitive user experiences.

My Journey

My journey from healthcare to technology has been driven by a desire to create meaningful impact at scale. Managing drug interaction protocols taught me to think in systems, understanding how one change ripples through an entire workflow. This systems thinking now informs how I design product features that integrate seamlessly across platforms.

At RBC, I led digital transformation initiatives serving millions of customers, reducing application processing time by 50% and increasing advisor productivity by 40%. The experience reinforced that great products aren't just about features. They're about understanding the human experience and designing solutions that feel intuitive and empowering.

Currently

At USC Marshall, I'm combining my healthcare expertise with tech and business strategy to explore how AI and blockchain can solve healthcare's most persistent challenges, from patient data interoperability to medication adherence at scale.

My PM Philosophy

My pharmacy training taught me that the best solutions balance efficacy with usability. A 90% effective treatment patients won't take is worthless. I apply this same lens to product: features that don't fit user workflows are just noise. Great products emerge when you deeply understand the problem, measure what matters, and iterate relentlessly.

I prioritize solving real problems over building features, measuring impact over output, and enabling teams over managing tasks. Product management is about being the voice of the user while balancing business objectives and technical constraints to find elegant solutions in complex systems.

Outside of school

You'll find me exploring LA's food scene, writing reflective essays, or playing chess. I believe diverse experiences inform better product decisions.
